General Summary The Graduate Intern for Information Technology Services (ITS) is a 9-month 30 hour/week position serving to support the work of ITS and the ITS Helpdesk. The graduate intern will support the everyday operations of the departments and will follow all policies and procedures outlined by the Helpdesk manager and the department. The graduate interns primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Professionally maintain all ITS Helpdesk(s) including the front counter, forms area, and equipment used by ITS Helpdesk staff. Answer and/or route phone calls coming into the ITS Helpdesk(s).
