Throughout, the Operations department continually seeks ways to improve while actively supporting the development of new businesses, structures and markets.Client Regulatory Services (CRS) is an Operations function within Shared Services and Banking Operations (SSBO), which is responsible for regulatory client onboarding, refresh and screening.KYC Regulatory Refresh is the CRS team that supports the ongoing review of clients by performing regulatory due diligence and collecting data and documents required to satisfy KYC/AML requirements in multiple jurisdictions globally.The KYC Regulatory Refresh Program Management team is responsible for the governance and management of the day to day Program with touchpoints to the KYC refresh process, population management and change management. The KYC Regulatory Refresh Program Management team will engage with senior stakeholders across the Business, Global Financial Crimes and Operations to progress the program and overall strategy.The role reports to the Global Head of KYC Regulatory Refresh (ED) based in Budapest.Primary Responsibilities: KYC Regulatory Refresh - Program Management: -Governance-Support Global Head of KYC Regulatory Refresh in developing the strategic direction for the program-Oversee the program progress, risks, issues and dependencies. Responsible for collaborating on strategy and ensuring key risks and dependencies are addressed-Coordinate across key Business, Global Financial Crimes, Technology and Operations stakeholders-Develop and manage annual roadmap of run the bank initiatives and process improvements-Develop, distribute and present governance and metrics reporting-Work with Change the Bank and Technology teams and explore strategic development of the support infrastructure to enhance efficiency of operational flow-Facilitate continuous process improvement and innovation to drive simplification and reduce cycle time-Track progress against program calendar ensuring adherence to deadlines-KYC Refresh Process-Management of ongoing Run the Bank KYC Refresh process-Provide oversight of capacity and throughput for the program-Manage prioritization of cases across program and resources-Serve as escalation point for program related inquiries and high priority requests-Manage terminal state process including facilitation of extension collection and tracking-Investigate and troubleshoot operations incidents impacting the function, draft and submit incident reports, log Issues and Action Plans-Population Management-Responsible for identification, prioritization and management of all in-scope parties for KYC Regulatory Refresh-Ensure accurate scoping and management of annual book of work-Adhere to scoping and tranching methodology as agreed to by key stakeholders-Manage prioritization and resourcing of additional refresh requests outside of the annual book of work scope-Provide oversight and manage tranche readiness activities including client contacts, client groupings, analyst assignments, population simplification and workflow case initiation-Management of data management and account closures workstream in coordination with respective teams to process requests. 5+ yrs of experience in financial services*5+ yrs managing remote processing teams in a financial institution*Understanding of client onboarding, KYC or Financial Crimes Compliance in a global financial institution*Demonstrated success in delivering process improvement and innovation in a regulatory compliance context*Excellent verbal and written communication skills*Organizational and project management skills*Business Analysis skills*Strong risk awareness and orientation*Has proven ability to interact with multiple internal and external functions including clients, legal, compliance, sales, and other functional operations teams*Comfortable dealing with senior individuals and management across these functions*Ability to step back from the detail and question processes and controls*Approaches all situations with positive outlook, energy and enthusiasm.
