Job Number: R0060855 Talent Management Program Analyst Key Role: Work with the director of talent management and senior leaders organization-wide, on a variety of data-focused talent management and talent analytics projects. Assist with the development and implementation of talent management plans, processes, and tools across the organization. Work on a variety of other projects related to talent acquisition, attrition, and performance management analytics. Support the administration, organization, and conduct of talent management and senior leadership development programs, including maintaining records, supplying requested information, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing reports, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the organization. Provide strategic input throughout the year to support the long-term growth and sustainability of program initiatives. Basic Qualifications: -Experience with supporting or participating in project teams undertaking tasks or objectives that accomplish goals -Experience with project management principles or techniques -Knowledge of human resources and talent management -Knowledge of basic statistical techniques and tools. -Ability to identify metrics and conduct statistical and trend analyses -Ability to be a motivated self-starter to work independently without direct supervision -Ability to work in diverse, dynamic team-based environments -Ability to obtain a security clearance required -HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: -Experience with talent management or performance management analytics preferred -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including thinking, writing, and communicating strategically -Secret clearance preferred -BA degree preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
