More specifically, this role leads the team responsible for insights and analytics for the US brands, including forecasting, primary marketing research, secondary analytics, and field insights and analytics. As a partner to commercial and marketing leadership, you will facilitate defining the most important business problems to be solved in the most efficient way. Additionally, this role will lead the development of the monthly performance narrative and generation of insights supporting US brand / franchise strategy in collaboration with the brand lead, brand team, and (as appropriate) EU, and Global stakeholders. As a team lead, this role manages and develops team talent, actively seeks development opportunities and opportunities for team members to engage with the business. Lastly, as part of the Customer Excellence and Operations leadership team, this role is will in critical part of the supporting the US Commercial leadership team.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a track record for:High Analytical Horsepower / Skillset high comfort sourcing, manipulating, analyzing using basic tools (Excel) and visualizing data via standard tools/charting methods; ability to effectively present and defend analysesTeam Leadership and Management Experience leading high performing teams, coaching and mentoring.
